Avoiding fraud, scams, and abuse

We take steps to protect Creduss platform's integrity and mitigate the risks and losses associated with fraud, scams, and abuse by taking action against violators.

We allow

Select off-site payments: Certain off-site payments are permitted only when permission has been granted in advance by Creduss and senders are made aware prior to sending a parcel.

Payment on delivery:
In certain cases there is option for payment on delivery

We do not allow

Extortion: Senders and Associates must not use direct or indirect threats to coerce an intended outcome (ex: a payment, review, etc.) from an individual or group.

We do not allow

Off-platform activity: Senders and Associates must not communicate, share personal contact information, pay, or request payment for sending parcel, delivering a parcel outside of creduss’s platform. If you do such, not only are you liable but you are also doing so at your own risk

Coupon and referral abuse: Senders and Associates must not attempt to misuse Creduss coupon and referral program.

We do not allow

Non-fraud chargebacks: Senders and Associates must not attempt to misuse or make false chargeback claims to obtain a refund.
