To help Creduss run smoothly and to cover the cost of services like 24/7 customer support, we charge a service fee when a you enter a shipping contract.

There are 2 different fee structures for sending or delivering a parcel: a sending-fee and an associate-only fee.

1. Sending-fee

When you send a parcel you will pay a sending fee of 2% of the total cost of sending the parcel

2. Associate-only fee

With this structure, the entire fee is deducted from the associate payout. It’s typically 14–16%, VAT charges

Depending on the laws of the jurisdiction involved, a VAT may be charged on top of the above fees. The service fee includes the VAT where applicable.
