Simple do not accept it. If you do, you are going against our community rules and you are on your own

What if I unknowingly accept a parcel with an incriminating item sealed inside?

If you follow our community guidelines your risk of taking such is reduced but nevertheless you are protected. The sender is always liable for the item they are sending

How do I choose if I have several packages going to my destination?

you can accept as much as you can, you can as well accept as little as you can. It all depends on you

Who picks up the parcel?

It is the responsibility of the sender to get the parcel to our associate. A meet-up at a public place is possible. An associate could also make a special arrangement to pick up the parcel.

How do I update information about the parcel?

What happens if I can’t deliver an international parcel?

You will have to hand it over to another associate to have it delivered to the destination

What happens if I can’t deliver a local parcel?

You can reach out to the receiver to arrange another day or time to deliver the parcel

What happens if I can’t connect with the receiver at the destination?

What do I do if the delivery address is wrong?

Ask for the new address or make an arrangement to meet at a public place to have it delivered

Can I receive cash when I accepts to deliver a package?

Yes, you can get paid in cash

What if my parcel got lost, stolen or not delivered?

Most of our parcels other than documents are insured, so you are covered. Though it’s very unlikely your parcel will be stolen or not delivered because of the vetting process and background information done on any associate willing to deliver a parcel

How can I be sure my parcel is not tampered with?

Your parcel will most likely not be tampered with because a photo of the Item will be uploaded at the point of handling it over to our associate. And the associate will also confirm what he received. And at the moment we advice our users to confirm the exact details of the item that is being handed over to our associate

How do I know if an associate is going to the destination of my parcel?

when you post where your parcel is going you will receive offers from several associates going in the same direction so you can choose from the pool who you want to deliver your parcel

who do I choose if I have several associates going to the same destination as my parcel?

you can choose anyone you like. It depends on which of them offer you the best value; time of delivery and what they are charging

Do associates charge the same for parcel going to the same destination?

Nope, associates are independent of each other and they tend to charge different rates but rates are always negotiable

What should I do if there is no local associate to pick up the parcel at the place of origination?

we are working hard to increase the pool of local associate available to pickup parcels. In the meantime please use the other available options like a public meet up

What should I do if an associate refuses to accept a parcel?

There must be a reason why an associate refuses to accept a parcel. Have a conversation to ask why.

Can parcels be tracked?

Parcels can be tracked from the time it is accepted to when it is delivered

Why is it difficult to track where my parcel is?

Sometimes parcels go through different hands before it gets delivered. For example an international associate delivers a parcel to a local associates who in turn delivers to another local associates before the final delivery is made
