Creduss, Inc. (“Creduss") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
It is Creduss policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the account or access of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
Handling sender's Personal Information
As someone who wants to send a parcel you will receive and use Associates’ personal information to track your parcel until it is delivered to the recipient. Please remember that you are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when you handle and process personal information. You should only use personal information you receive through the Creduss Platform as necessary to track your parcel until it is delivered to the recipient. You may not encourage or require Associate to: open an account, leave a review, or otherwise interact, with a third-party website, application or service before, during or after a parcel delivery contract has been entered into, unless authorized by Creduss.
Cross-Border Delivery
If, in the course of providing Parcel delivery Services, (i) personal information is transferred to you from the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the UK (within the meaning of Article 44 of the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”) and (ii) the transfer does not benefit from an adequacy decision under Article 45 of the GDPR, then you agree to process the personal information you receive in accordance with the principles set out on Annex A of the standard contractual clauses (“Clauses”) contained in European Commission Decision 2004/915/EC. The Clauses are hereby incorporated into your agreement with us.
