Sounds interesting, yeah but the world is not such a nice place and there are couple of bad guys out there who will try to use this opportunity to use our associates to send incriminating items concealed in a parcel. We are aware of this. To ensure that the item is safe to carry and deliver at the local destination there are couple of things that you as an associate need to know with regards to guidelines and restrictions attached certain items. Basically, you can accept to deliver any item that is legally permitted to ship within your country respecting all local laws and regulations are

Here are a few questions to ask yourself before you accept that parcel:

Is it legal to move the item you want to send within your country?
Does the package contain any contraband or combustible material?
Does the package meet standard shipping regulations?

Packaging & Handling

As an associate you are not responsible for the packaging of the parcel but you are responsible for the handling of the parcel when it is transit. As an associate you are required to handle the parcel with utmost care so that by the time it is delivered it is in good condition In certain cases, associates can also repackage the parcel if there is a need for it but they are not obligated to do so.

Note: Associates are not responsible for the packaging and labelling of the item to be sent

Associates have indemnity protection against any issue that might arise in the course of delivering a parcel as long as they stay within our community guidelines and our policy on accepting packages.

You should always check and recheck any package you are handed and confirm what is inside. Do not accept any sealed package unless you are sure of what is inside. If you are not sure ask questions. If you are still not sure either you contact our 24/7 hotline or take a pass

What if I was given an incriminating item sealed in a parcel?

Simple do not accept it. If you do, you are going against our community rules and you are on your own

What if I unknowingly accept a parcel with an incriminating item sealed inside?

If you follow our community guidelines your risk of taking such is reduced but nevertheless you are protected. The sender is always liable for the item they are sending

you can accept as much as you can, you can as well accept as little as you can. It all depends on you

Who picks up the parcel?

It is the responsibility of the sender to get the parcel to our associate. A meet-up at a public place is possible. An associate could also make a special arrangement to pick up the parcel.

You can reach out to the receiver to arrange another day or time to deliver the parcel
